17-0049 New Energy Ventures Inc (applicant), A &S Investments, Inc. (owner) has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a solar farm (resource extraction) property located off of Richmond Highway near Evergreen, Virginia.  The property is zoned A-1, Agricultural Zoning District and is identified as Tax Map Identification Number 78 (A) 17.  The project will utilize approximately 82 acres of an approximately 113.7 acre parcel.
